      Why you should NOT miss LONDON CITY when thinking of study abroad in CANADA?

      Besides the most eventful cities like Vancouver or Toronto, International students may also flutter over the gentle simplicity of graceful London which only take 2 hours to Toronto by car.

      London were named in 1793 and has grown to be the largest Southwestern Ontario municipality and Canada’s 11th largest metropolitan area, having annexed many of the smaller communities that surrounded it.

      This is a regional centre of health care and education, being home to the University of Western Ontario, Fanshawe College, and several hospitals. The city hosts a number of musical and artistic exhibits and festivals, which contribute to its tourism industry, but its economic activity is centred on education, medical research, insurance, and information technology. London’s universities, college and hospitals are among its top ten employers. It also has an international airport, train, and bus station.

       

      Geography

      London is a city in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, seat of Middlesex county. It lies at the forks of the Thames River, midway between Lakes Ontario (East) and St. Clair (West) and Lakes Huron (North) and Erie (South).

      Be known as Forest city, London has incredible quantity of trees, parks and green space as well as more than 30 kilometers of bicycle and pedestrian trails. People who live here can enjoy the fresh air as a good way to have a more healthy life.

       

      Climate

      Living in London City, you can experience all 4 distinct seasons, from summers with dry winds, cool and colorful autumns, to snowy winter and vibrant spring. Therefore, At any time of the year, it is not so hard to plan for an outdoor activity in this City such as skiing on Boler Mountain, or a beach trip near the City like Grand Bend or Port Stanley.

       

      Culture

      From the Museum London to the main stage of the Grand Theatre, art grows in most of this city. As a city of art, throughout the years, London has nurtured the hearts and souls of so many talents in the art fields.

       

      Living standard and education 

      Famous for its reasonable living expenses, good security system and modern life, London City is proud to be a community focused on education and health care, a clean and healthy living environment. It has a very harmonious lifestyle, not noisy like a big city, but it is not as boring as a small city.

      The city provides excellent public education and world-class research facilities. In addition, 90% of residents live here have English as their native language, the percentage of Asian immigrants is very small, so the city of London will be the ideal choice for you to study.
